Gluten-free pizza dough (frozen) - Wild Blue Bakery
1 ball of dough makes a 10" round pizza
Allow dough to defrost and then sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 550° (or as high as it will go). If using a pizza stone, place the stone in the oven while it's preheating.
Heavily flour a piece of parchment paper. Using lots of flour, roll out the dough into a 10" round circle. It will be very thin.
Top your pizza with toppings of your choice.
Carefully slide the parchment paper onto the hot pizza stone and place it on a rack about 2 inches from the top of the oven. Bake for 3-4 minutes. Set the oven to broil for an additional 1-2 minutes. (Keep an eye on it during the broil; it can burn quickly.)
Ingredients: rice flour, tapioca flour, potato (flour and starch), xanthan gum, whey protein, agave, yeast, salt, olive oil.
